RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ORVA & CO


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty.


Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 calendar days of receipt
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Not a sale or promotional item (see exclusions below)

How to initiate a return

Contact us at contact@orvandco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions. No items should be sent back without prior confirmation from our team.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The exact amount will be communicated during the return process. Orva & Co reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refunded amount if the return is organised through our logistics service.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Promotional and sale items — no return or exchange

Items purchased during a promotional period, flash sale, discount campaign, or at a reduced price are final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. By completing a purchase during a promotional period, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this condition.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during a promotional or sale period
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Unsealed hygiene or beauty products

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@orvandco.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
