SHIPPING POLICY — ORVA & CO
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, your order is delivered within 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary in exceptional circumstances such as strikes, weather disruptions, or peak periods.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free on all orders of €80 or more. For orders below €80, a flat shipping fee of €2.99 applies. The applicable shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time directly on the DHL website.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL Express or an equivalent partner carrier. Orva & Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the parcel has been handed over for dispatch.
Delivery countries
Orva & Co ships to 41 countries worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply upon receipt depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Orva & Co has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note your reservations directly with the carrier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@orvandco.com with photos of the damage. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will work with you to find the best solution — reshipment or full refund.
